Wonderful neighbor purchases home

The homeowners of the Ponderosa Park area of Sunnyvale need not look too far when looking to expand their living space.  Many Open House visitors lived in the Sunnyvale neighborhood and were looking for a larger home in which to live.  So, it would only be fitting that the family who purchased the home on Lupine Drive, in fact lived very close to Ponderosa Park.  But they loved the larger home for their family.  The sellers moved out without a glitch and the buyers are eagerly putting their finishing touches on the house.  If you are looking for a house in Sunnyvale or want more information on Sunnyvale Real Estate, please consider contacting me, Connie Miller

The first public showing of 1020 Lupine Drive in Sunnyvale will be Sunday, August 2nd from 1:30 to 4:30 when the house gets unveiled to the public.  Bring your kids and fun attitude and stop by Ponderosa Park afterwards to take in the great activities there just around the corner.  Neighbors will tell you this is one family friendly Sunnyvale neighborhood.
